I received a call before the technician arrived and after he diagnosed the issue (band was worn out!), he gave me a quote and was able to replace the band and fix the washer. There is a diagnostic fee that goes toward the cost of the repair and the service was well worth it!

David's estimate was fair and close to what I expected. I appreciated the honest discussion as to whether or not repair was better or replacement. He also checked out my wash machine which ended up as running perfectly. With learning how it is supposed to work, we can have realistic expectations for its use.
