 Verified My GE washer wasn't spinning/draining, I tried some YouTube fixes but couldn't get it to work.  I called Davis Appliance Repair on a Friday and made an appointment for Monday. I received a call before the technician arrived and after he diagnosed the issue (band was worn out!), he gave me a quote and was able to replace the band and fix the washer.  Verified We have used Davis Appliance Repair a few times now and they have never let us down! We discovered extensive rust damage on the backs of our fridge and freezer during a kitchen renovation and thought we would have to get new ones. Davis was able to save us thousands by removing the rust, sealing  and insulating the freezer to prevent the rust issue from recurring. Super happy with the service and results!  Verified I had an issue with my built-in KitchenAid Refrigerator where the freezer was cold but the fridge was getting warn. Davis was very responsive. He came on the same day after few hours, arrived on time, and carefully checked the evaporator and fan area. He clearly explained the issue and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was also able to fix  it the same day since had the necessary part in his van. I really appreciated his professionalism and honesty and efficiency. This company was my "second opinion" as the first estimate seemed really high and the first person who came tried to upsell me on other work that I didn't need. David's estimate was fair and close to what I expected. I appreciated the honest discussion as to whether or not repair was better or replacement. He also checked out my wash machine which ended up as running perfectly. With learning how it is supposed to work, we can have realistic expectations for its use.  Verified After 2 service companies that were less than ideal and tried to upcharge us like crazy, I called on a Friday and they were able to come on Monday within the time window, gave us a 25 min call to let us know they were on the way. Really really nice and knowledgeable. Our washer dryer stack was 10 years old and they were able to let us know it was time for a new machine and even gave us advice on which ones to look at!!  Verified Despite an arrogant and rude service agent, we ordered a part for our thermador freezer. We called multiple times over a 2 month period and they said they would let us know when it came in.
